If the goods are defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

If you receive your order, and you were sent the wrong products, please email cutana@cutana.com.au and include:

  • Full name
  • Description of incorrect goods
  • Contact details
  • Tax invoice number

If you receive the product and you do not want it, or have changed your mind, please contact us to discuss your options. Restocking fees of 20{ee5ef1906dd89fa589a6df2ff4d315153b3aad7d80a7a689ec8048e47cae40df} will apply. The products must be in their original packaging. You are required to prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

No goods will be accepted without clear contact details, invoice number displayed with the parcel.

Who pays shipping for returned products?

If the product you received is not the product you ordered we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you will incur the cost of the return.
